Meet Melissa

Welcome to my blog and creative outlet!  My name is Melissa, I am a registered dietitian, but more than that, I am a huge fan of simple and delicious food.  I am here to share great recipes that are simple, super yummy and part of my everyday cooking at home.

A few of the most frequent questions I get asked are "what should I eat for dinner?" or "what's a good snack?", and "Melissa, what do you eat for breakfast?" Go figure!  So I thought I would share some of my favorite meals that I enjoy at home with my family and friends.

My hope is to inspire you to prepare delicious and healthy meals, discover new ingredients, and most of all have fun.
